About the role

The Agentic Operations and Intelligence Consultant is responsible for driving strategic deals and delivering high-stakes Proof of Concept engagements for Agentforce process automation solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain management, financial services, or workflow automation platforms, and the ability to translate complex AI and automation concepts into tangible business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary solution leader on complex deals
  • Define and pitch a multi-year "Value Roadmap" for customers
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) in C-suite presentations
  • Lead and manage 4–5 week POC engagements
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to provide real-world feedback
  • Drive revenue growth as part of a commissionable team

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, business value consulting, or technology consulting
  • Deep industry experience in financial services, healthcare & life sciences, supply chain, or public sector
  • Familiarity with supply chain management, financial services, or workflow automation platforms
  • Proven ability to lead "whiteboard" sessions that challenge a customer's current state and build a compelling vision for a future state
  • Technical fluency in configuring solutions (POCs) using no-code tools
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex AI and automation concepts to stakeholders ranging from Warehouse Managers to Chief Supply Chain Officers
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-scaling environment

Pay

The typical base salary range for this position is $134,750 - $244,510 annually. Specific ranges may vary by location.

Schedule

This role is full-time and permanent.
