Agentic AI Change Management & Adoption

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise AI adoption and rollout strategies.
• Carry out stakeholder mapping, persona analysis, and change impact assessments.
• Lead phased rollouts, pilot programs, communication plans, and go-live activities.
• Design role-based training, enablement programs, and AI champion networks.
• Track adoption KPIs such as active users, productivity gains, automation metrics, and time savings.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, HR, IT, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure successful adoption.
• Establish user feedback loops, manage feature requests, risks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote Responsible AI practices, governance, transparency, and human oversight throughout deployments.

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Change Management, Digital Transformation, or Technology Adoption.
• Experience leading enterprise AI, Automation, or Intelligent Workflow adoption initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Agentic AI, LLMs, Multi-Agent Systems, and Human-in-the-Loop workflows.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
• Experience collaborating with HR, IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and business teams.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI Governance, and enterprise compliance frameworks.
• PMP certification is a plus.
