Remote (prefer onsite - Orlando, FL) Contract Job Description Experience in field operations, digital transformation, project management, or operational excellence.Working knowledge of AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, automation technologies, or digital workflow solutions.Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to analyze processes, identify root causes, and design practical solutions.Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and engage diverse stakeholder groups.Experience supporting digital adoption, training, user onboarding, or navigating change in an operational environment.Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational, and leadership teams.Certifications or experience in project management (e.g., PMP), change management (e.g., PROSCI), or continuous improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
