About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design-led thinking sessions to help clients integrate AI into their workflows
• Translate design insights into scalable Copilot scenarios for diverse roles
• Collaborate with architects to ensure effective implementation of Copilot solutions
• Develop strategies that empower users to effectively apply Copilot in their daily tasks
• Create enablement assets like playbooks and prompt libraries for ongoing learning
• Assess client's readiness and adjust strategies based on real-world usage feedback
• Define success metrics based on capability and productivity improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field
• Experience in leading adoption and change management efforts for new tools
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, particularly in design-led thinking sessions
• Prosci certification or formal training in change management is preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted workflows is essential
• Knowledge of the Power Platform for automation and AI-enabled experiences is beneficial
• Ability to translate business objectives into measurable enablement strategies

Pay

$163,000 – $181,000 annually
