About the role

Grupo Q is a leading company in the automotive sector, providing automotive solutions and representing 16 world-renowned vehicle brands in Central America, responsible for the distribution and marketing of new and used vehicles. All sales showrooms and workshops operate with proper certifications to guarantee service according to the highest global standards.

Responsibilities

• Review customer vehicles requesting services to evaluate their condition and diagnose faults for subsequent repair.
• Execute vehicle repair and maintenance work to meet customer needs and guarantee the quality of service provided.
• Advise customers on the purchase of automotive products to make recommendations that adapt to vehicle characteristics and customer needs.
• Inventory existing products in the sales showroom to maintain stock and ensure fulfillment of customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the mechanical area and/or participants in the Grupo Q Growth project.
• Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics – graduated.
