Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing and communication efforts related to agent recruiting.
- Cook up recruiting campaigns, social media posts, events, and office promotions with our marketing team.
- Support office leadership with recruiting appointments, presentations, and events.
- Cook up and manage the onboarding process for all new agents.
- Ensure all required paperwork, systems access, and office setup are completed efficiently.
- Guide new agents through company tools, platforms, policies, and procedures.
- Help agents stay organized with checklists, timelines, and accountability follow-up.
- Set up and update client and customer sphere of influence databases; and create farming database for sales associates.
- Maintain internet by updating company website and sales associate’s personal websites/pages.
- May perform data input, maintain and monitor data files, create files and documents, and produce reports.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and sales associates which may include assisting sales associates with sending and receiving company e-mails, providing computer assistance, handling written correspondence, ensuring forms are stocked, answering phones, greeting visitors, routing mail, preparing schedules, and maintaining accurate billing records.
- May assist agents with setting marketing plans and organizing and facilitating agent training activities.
- Aid new agents in setting up their office, getting into MLS, training on computers and office equipment.
- May assist with license transfer or annual license renewal.
- May serve as back-up to other office staff.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of high school diploma or the equivalent.
- Experience: One to three years clerical or administrative experience.
- Marketing and graphic design background helpful.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business preferred; Strong computer/technology skills: proficient in Microsoft Office products; Must possess strong organizational skills; Ability to multi-task; Accuracy/quality; Detail-oriented; Strong interpersonal skills, a customer service focus and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment; Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including presentation ability.
