Responsibilities
- Aid clients in buying and selling properties
- Showcase listings to potential buyers and renters during property showings and open houses
- Create and maintain a robust network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts
- Present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in accordance with local real estate laws and company policies
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in the Vancouver area
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leases to secure favorable outcomes for clients
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to streamline transactions
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Washington or Oregon
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values in Vancouver, WA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Proficiency with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client confidentiality
- Familiarity with real estate contracts, disclosures, and legal requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
