Real Estate Buyer's Agent

Responsibilities

• Aid clients in buying and selling properties
• Conduct property showings and open houses
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leases
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in the state of Washington or Oregon
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values in Vancouver, WA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client confidentiality
• Familiarity with real estate contracts, disclosures, and legal requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Pay

$60,000 - $110,000 USD yearly
