What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a critical role in helping us deliver quality products to our customers while supporting our commitment to operational excellence. Your Responsibilities Will Include Operating equipment safely and efficientlyProducing quality products that meet customer expectationsFollowing established safety, quality, and operating proceduresIdentifying and communicating production issuesParticipating in problem-solving and continuous improvement effortsSupporting 5S workplace organization and housekeeping standardsMaintaining a clean, organized, "Showroom Ready" work environmentLearning and applying the Ensign-Bickford Operating System (EBOS)Collaborating with teammates to achieve production goalsContributing to a culture focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Who Succeeds Here? We're looking for individuals who take ownership of their work and are committed to helping the entire team succeed. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required.1-3 years production experience preferred.Ability to regularly stand and lift at least 55 pounds in a dusty environment with fluctuating temperature.Must work 12-hour shifts.Ability to follow and adhere to procedures regarding safety, quality, attendance, job tasks, etc.Basic computer skills required.
