JOB DESCRIPTION
Aerospace Source Inspector
Requirements
- The ability to perform product source inspections including in-process, final, and first article inspections per AS9102 and customer requirements.
- Experience with hands-on dimensional inspection is required.
- The ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings, specifications, geometric dimensions and tolerances per ANSI/ASME Y 14.5.
- The ability to perform mechanical measurement for verifying the compliance of complex machined, formed, cast, forged, and assembled aircraft structures.
Additional Notes
- Needed to support Source Inspection activity at customer-supplier locations (Buffalo, NY).
- Start Date: Upon Approval
- Frequency of visits: 20-30 hours a week
- Able to Travel
