Responsibilities
- Design, assemble, and install complex wire harnesses for aerospace applications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair wire harnesses.
- Interpret engineering drawings and follow manufacturing work instructions.
- Document harness builds.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to increase production operational efficiency, and output.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
- Implement, analyze, and enhance shop floor workflows.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or individual with granted asylum or refugee status).
- Willing to commute or relocate.
- Experience building electrical harness' for the aerospace, motorsport, or automotive industries.
- Certified with all hand tools associated with the fabrication of wiring harnesses.
- Competent in reading engineering drawings.
- Positive attitude and a commitment toward continuous improvement.
- Succeeds at working independently and in a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills; not afraid to try new things.
- Capable of applying existing skills, acquiring new knowledge, and demonstrating self-motivation to learn independently.
Skills
- Soldering.
- Laser Marking.
- Epoxy and Adhesive Utilization.
- Aircraft Installations of Avionics.
- Inventory Tracking.
- Familiarity with CAD (specifically Onshape).
Pay
Competitive Pay of $20-40/Hour.
Schedule
Full time: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. Overtime Pay.
