Advertising Agency Account Coordinator

About the role

We’re looking for a confident, competent Account Coordinator to support growth in our Attractions, Tourism, and the Arts (ATA) vertical. This role offers extensive one-on-one mentoring and coaching from the account service team.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of client relationships and account initiatives
• Work closely with the Sr Account Manager, ATA to effectively manage client relationships
• Take a project from inception to completion, practicing essential account service skills
• Develop and sell creative ideas to clients

Requirements

• 6 - 24 months experience working in an ad agency environment (internship included)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications
• A thirst for learning, both from those around you as well as an insatiable curiosity that drives you to seek knowledge independently
• Creative thought leader and self-starter, able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Able to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ambition to grow your advertising experience and advance your career
• Experience in destination and entertainment marketing is preferred, but not required
