Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Advertising Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising initiatives across multiple projects. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are well organized, delivered on schedule, and aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Cook up advertising campaigns from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project timelines are met.
• Aid in developing promotional materials and campaign content.
• Monitor campaign schedules and maintain organized project documentation.
• Support vendor and partner communications when needed.
• Track campaign performance metrics and prepare internal reports.
• Ensure advertising materials align with company branding and quality standards.
• Help identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and workflow efficiency.
