About the role

Under the supervision of the department Supervisor or Manager, plans, directs and delivers high-quality comprehensive nursing care in accordance with Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Center's clinical standards. Follows professional standards of nursing practice, procedures, and protocols. The primary location will be at the Renton Site.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with professional standards and clinical protocols.
  • Plan and direct comprehensive nursing services within the specialty department.

Requirements

  • Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate, or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire).
  • Provider ACLS – American Heart Association (within 90 days of hire).
  • 3 years of recent experience in cardiology, specialty care, or acute care setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Training in equipment used within the specialty department.
  • Training in equipment and instrument sterilization.
  • Training in sterile technique.
  • Certification in specialty (e.g., CCRN, CNOR, or CGRN) upon hire.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $49.58 - $78.27 per hour. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors.

Schedule

Part-time, Day shift.
