Provides direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of physicians, assisting with treatment and completing related clinical documentation. Implements the organization’s philosophy of caring, respecting human dignity, and applying Christian values in all responsibilities. Communicates professionally and compassionately with patients, families, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of medical treatments and procedures
• React calmly in emergency situations
• Operate clinic-related equipment and maintain safety standards
• Maintain current licensure and CPR certification
• Apply knowledge of medications, patient education, and self-care principles

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school
• Current nursing licensure
• Ability to perform clinical functions effectively
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
• Adaptability to guidelines
