Advanced Practice Provider - General Surgery
What You’ll Champion
Diverse practice combining inpatient care, outpatient follow-up visits, surgical first assist responsibilities, and procedure-based patient management. Broad exposure to both emergency general surgery and elective surgical cases, including consults, rounding, triage, and operating room support. Collaborative team environment working alongside three surgeons and two APPs in a well-established general surgery practice. Flexible scheduling model with a mix of day, evening, and overnight coverage averaging approximately 36 hours per week across 15 shifts per month. New graduate-friendly opportunity offering mentorship and hands-on surgical experience across the full continuum of patient care.

- Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required
- Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
- Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
- Work Experience
- 1 year Required
- Licenses
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required
- Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
- Courses And Training
- BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required
- Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required
- Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required
