About the Role

SSM Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our outpatient primary care office in Janesville, WI. New and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Details

• Fully outpatient clinic setting
• Clinic located on hospital campus - no inpatient rounding
• Multi-specialty clinic with access to medical imaging, on-site labs and x-ray
• Full-time, day hours with administrative time built in
• Monday-Friday schedule - no nights, weekends, holidays, or call
• Patient-focused support staff including MAs for rooming
• On-the-job training with best-in-class onboarding program

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• NPs will need Family certification
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
