About the role

This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to help build and practice in a patient-centered environment that emphasizes building relationships, high quality care, and collaboration of services for strong patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in our outpatient clinic.
  • Contribute to a patient-centered environment that emphasizes building relationships, high quality care, and collaboration of services for strong patient outcomes.
  • Flexible schedule: Choose from four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days per week.
  • Rotating Saturday schedule with other clinic providers.
  • Competitive salary starting at 110K annually and based on experience.
  • 30 Days PTO Annually.

  • No required call shifts, but a willingness to assist the team in emergency situations is preferred.

Requirements

  • Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) certification with licensure in the state of Colorado (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine preferred.
  • DEA certification and ability to prescribe controlled substances.
  • Current ATLS, BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire).
  • Prior experience in outpatient primary care and rural healthcare preferred.
  • Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
