Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
• NPs should be APRN
• Family certification preferred
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin

Pay

Schedule

Full‑time position with options for schedule flexibility; Monday‑Friday daytime hours, no nights, weekends, holidays, or on‑call duties. Administrative time is built into the schedule.
