At SSM Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services. Our tight-knit Columbus, Wisconsin Family Medicine clinic is seeking an experienced APP (FNP or PA) to join our team. Our clinic is conveniently located off State Highway 151.

This is a fully outpatient clinic setting with a schedule that supports work/life harmony, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, and includes admin time built into your schedule. You will have no nights/weekends/holidays or call, and custom templates will be available. Our patient-focused support staff includes dedicated medical assistants and on-site lab facilities.

Your Qualifications
- Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
- NPs must have FNP certification - our clinic will see patients across the full lifespan
- Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
