About the role

Responsibilities

• Care for patients at various hospital sites within the WVU Health System
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Participate in clinical research initiatives
• Provide education and training to medical students, residents, and fellows
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement projects

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Current license to practice medicine in West Virginia
• Experience in relevant clinical specialty area
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Proven track record of success in leadership roles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Strong clinical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant technology and software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
