Advanced Practice Manager - ENT Clinic (F/T Days)

About the role

The Advanced Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in the efficient operation of a physician practice. This individual oversees various administrative and operational functions to ensure the smooth functioning of the practice, including managing caregivers, financial activities, patient relations, and regulatory compliance.

Scope of influence and complexity may be defined by factors such as expanded span of control of providers, expanded span of control of direct and indirect reports, location and geographical distance of practice(s), and leadership-specific criteria.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (education may be considered in lieu of experience)
• 3 years of healthcare or supervisor experience (unless preferred education is met)
