Sentara ENT Specialists is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA. Candidates should have an interest in practicing general otolaryngology in a community-based setting. Sentara RMH Medical Center is a 238-bed, not-for-profit community hospital located in the beautiful and historic Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. - Diagnose and treat the full spectrum of general ENT conditions, from pediatrics to adult.

Pay
The base pay range for full‑time employment is $100,900.80 – $312,000.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities, based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
