About the role
Join a clinician-led healthcare organization as a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) in Gahanna, OH.
- Providing comprehensive primary care to diverse patient panels
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including care coordinators, behavioral health, pharmacy, and other providers
- Performing in-office procedures such as skin surgery, fracture care, joint injections, and maternity care (if desired)

Requirements
- Unrestricted medical license or ability to obtain in the practice state
- Board certification or eligibility as a Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC/AANP) or Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
- Active DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment
