Responsibilities
- Providing autonomous, high-quality primary care within the scope of practice

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program (or ability to obtain)
- Current, unrestricted CT licensure as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Certification through ANCC/AANP or NCCPA, with licensure and DEA/CSR credentials
