Advanced Industrial Engineer Lead

Responsibilities
Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Lead a team focusing on advanced time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, and throughput optimization initiatives.
Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions for complex manufacturing environments.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to identify and eliminate waste across operations.
Create cost models, make-vs-buy analyses, and ROI justifications for capital and process investments.
Influence product design through DFMA, tolerance analysis, error-proofing, and assembly feasibility studies.
Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, KPI development, and cross-functional leadership.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 7+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering.
Travel: 25%
Work Schedule: This position works within the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday.
Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
