Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough background checks on candidates to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address any issues related to candidate screenings.
• Ensure adherence to enhanced security screening protocols to maintain a secure hiring process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in conducting background checks and security screenings.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing employment screening.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or related fields.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in employment screening.
