Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough background checks on candidates to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address any issues related to candidate screenings.
- Ensure adherence to enhanced security screening protocols to maintain a secure hiring process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in conducting background checks and security screenings.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing employment screening.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or related fields.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in employment screening.
