Advanced Cardiac Care Clinical Nurse - Part-Time Days/Nights

About the role

Provides direct patient care in a fast-paced, 48-bed cardiac unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Assesses physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs, considering patient preferences and barriers to involvement. Maintains a safe environment by working in a constant state of alertness.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred
