Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- No weekends, evenings, or holidays
- No hospital rounds
- Minimal call responsibilities
- 6-8 patients per day managing chronic conditions
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to high-acuity patients in their home
- Practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume
- Take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs
- Utilize Athena AI Scribe to complete charting within the workday
Requirements
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state where the HarmonyCares Medical Group office is located
- Federal DEA License or eligibility
- Geriatric training/experience preferred
- Active CPR/BLS Certification
- Board Certification
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, or primary care
