Advance Practice Provider (NP /PA) - $140k/yr Salary + $7,500 sign on
Overview
$7,500 sign on bonus! Full-time, Monday - Friday, no weekends or evenings, 6-8 patients per day.

Responsibilities
- The Advance Practice Providers we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care.
- The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume.
- We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a NP or PA in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
- Federal DEA License/eligibility
- Geriatric training/experience preferred
- Active CPR/BLS Certification
- Board Certification
