About the role
The Advance Practice Provider (NP/PA) will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in their homes. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide ongoing medical care to patients in their homes
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an NP or PA in North Carolina
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
- Passing scores on relevant national certification exams
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
