About the role
The Adult 50+ Coordinator is responsible for managing a team of coordinators who support senior citizens in various activities and programs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the senior citizen program
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of life for seniors
- Collaborate with community partners to provide additional services
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in senior care or related field
- Experience managing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
