Adult Residential Support Professional (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Support residents in a residential treatment setting by providing supervision, encouragement, and life-skills coaching.
• Monitor residents' progress, assist with daily activities, medication monitoring, and maintain accurate records.
• Help facilitate treatment plans, support treatment goals, and respond to emergencies to maintain a safe environment.
• Transport residents, assist with housekeeping, laundry, meals, and organize educational and life-skills activities.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries while serving as a positive role model.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Duties

• Providing supervision, supporting treatment goals, maintaining safety, and assisting residents in daily living activities in a structured environment.
