Ads Quality Analyst
Main Responsibilities
- Managing user accounts in an internal tool.
- Tracing and escalating problem reports.
- Implementing external-facing surveys in HTML, CSS, and related languages.
- Querying internal databases to answer well-defined questions.
- Aiding with financial audits.
- Data labeling and data collection.
- Ownership, management, and error-free task completion for various assigned workflows in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Assisting with internal workflow reviews and monthly/quarterly audits within the program.
- Daily reporting of monitoring results.
- Participating in the maintenance of the quality monitoring program.
- Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis for assigned workflows.
- Providing ongoing support and training to project team members to ensure tasks meet established quality and client requirements.
- Analyzing current processes and recommending/implementing process improvement ideas to improve quality and efficiency for assigned workflows.
- Proactively communicating any issues to management and the client.
- Maintaining comprehensive and updated documentation.
- Generating, receiving, and maintaining confidential and sensitive project reports.
- Attending and participating in weekly team meetings and any occasional ad hoc meetings/training, as necessary.
- Completing one-off project workflows and duties as assigned by PM.
- Adopting quickly to changing priorities and flexible work schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Technical proficiency in Google Suite products, using G-sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English B2).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in one or more of these languages: Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Swedish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Polish, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Hindi, Romanian, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Danish, Croatian, Serbian, Norwegian, Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Ukrainian, Filipino, Malay, Urdu, Finnish, Catalan, Hebrew, Hungarian, Latvian, Estonian, Bengali, Slovenian.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations management or project management.
- Experience with administrative work.
- Experience with Google applications.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Experience with programming languages such as R or Python is a plus.
