About the role

Adobe programs rarely fail on architecture—they fail in the critical weeks between a good design and a working implementation, when data, analytics, personalization, and content workstreams move at different speeds. This role ensures accountability for progress, cadence, and unblocking the team. You will:

• Run the delivery rhythm across data, analytics, personalization, and content workstreams, providing a single source of truth on progress.
• Track scope, burn, and deliverables against the SOW, raising drift early to avoid surprises.
• Prepare executive readouts with factual status, risk, and progress updates.
• Unblock specialists by resolving access, environment, approval, and stakeholder issues.
• Maintain a record of decisions, actions, and dependencies to prevent knowledge gaps.
• Partner with customer leaders to align workstreams with their overarching vision.

Your First 90 Days

• Weeks 1-3: Take ownership of the project record, consolidating scope, hours burned, decisions, and dependencies into a single source of truth.
• Weeks 4-8: Establish a unified cadence across workstreams and build executive readouts based on facts, not recollection.
• Weeks 9-12: Create a structured intake process for requests, ensuring they align with business outcomes, goals, and success criteria.

Success means nobody has to ask, "Where do things stand?"

Requirements

• Business Communication & Leadership: Own the room and outcome, translating between executive and technical audiences while framing decisions in business value.
• Technical Breadth & Depth: Hold your own with specialists, with fluency across Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, CJA, AJO, Target, Analytics, Campaign) and delivery discipline (backlog, dependencies, estimation, risk management).
• Strategic Thinking: Turn vague asks into ROI-driven roadmaps, sequencing work for measurable value.
• Drive to Learn & Grow: Stay current, level up the team, and prioritize the best approach over hierarchy.
• Relevant Experience: 2+ years running Adobe Experience Cloud delivery (or 5+ years in related enterprise tech PM, customer success, or delivery roles). Experience coordinating multiple workstreams with senior stakeholders.

Compensation & Engagement

• Employment: W-2 from day one (not agency/contractor). Start hourly (overtime-eligible), converting to salaried within 6–9 months based on mutual fit and business conditions.
• Pay Range:
  • Hourly phase: $75–$150/hour (non-exempt, paid for all hours worked, including overtime).
  • Salaried phase: $110,000–$215,000/year (exempt, stable pay regardless of billable status).
