Admissions Representative CPS
About the role
A CPS Admissions Representative manages all phases of the enrollment process, including inquiry generation, funnel management, qualifying, enrollment, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships with corporations, education institutions and other organizations for the purpose of marketing Indiana Tech’s degree and certificate programs
- Rapidly and effectively respond to all leads, inquiries, applications and students
- Meet with prospective students to qualify and facilitate enrollments
- Participate in marketing activities, including information sessions, education and job fairs, and other related activities aimed at prospective undergraduate students
- Data management per university policies and procedures, utilizing institutional CRM
- Actively participate in generating ideas to support a culture of continuous improvement
- Support the strategic plan, vision, and policies of Indiana Tech and CPS
- Adhere to all state and federal accreditation and Institute rules and regulations regarding student recruitment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university preferred
- Outstanding communication skills
- Sales and marketing skills
- Customer Service oriented
- Time management skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented work ethic
- Computer skills required for the position: Slate Intermediate, Excel: Intermediate, Word: Expert, Jenzabar: Beginning, Perceptive Content: Intermediate, PowerPoint: Beginning
- Experience Five years’ work experience in a goal-oriented environment, preferred

Pay
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
