Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative assists customers through Counter Sales, Phone Calls, and Email. This position requires an enthusiastic desire to consistently provide top-notch customer service. Key responsibilities include interacting with walk-in customers at the front counter, assisting customers in selecting required parts, recommending associated products and services, receiving and processing orders via the counter, phone, and email, informing customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by the customer. The role also involves answering questions from customers or directing them to the appropriate personnel, assisting with any customer service issues that may arise, and performing both incoming and outbound sales calls to achieve assigned performance goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Inside Sales Experience Preferred
• Diesel Engine Parts Experience Required
• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
• Bilingual a Plus - Spanish and English
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Experience with Salesforce a Plus
• Successful Completion of Pre-Employment Background and Drug Screening
