Responsibilities
- Completes clinical admissions for all Company services, explaining services and addressing patient/family concerns.
- Identifies admission objections and provides responses, educating patients/families on admission requirements and immediate needs.
- Completes informed consents and initial assessments, initiating the Plan of Care and obtaining physician orders.
- Documents according to Company policy, providing information to physicians and managing skilled nursing interventions.
- Facilitates referrals to all service lines, communicating with Care Navigation staff and after-hours staff.
- Affords timely clinical communication, obtaining consents for services and arranging safe discharges.
- Works with case managers, physicians, and PRRs to educate on available services, providing care for GIP patients, and managing emergencies.
- Performs other duties as assigned, including triage during emergencies.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state where working.
- One (1) year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or hospital settings.
- Strong clinical assessment skills, especially in emergency departments or ICUs.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle emotional stress.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team environment.
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Active BLS for healthcare professionals from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Pay
$72,595.84 - $108,893.76
Schedule
10am-7pm, rotating weekends, every 3rd weekend.
Location
Loudoun, Fairfax, Fauquier, Prince William, Arlington areas.
Sign-On Bonus
$12,500 sign-on bonus.
