About the role

Cypress Village is a 120-acre lakefront community in Jacksonville, Florida, managed by Life Care Services (LCS), the nation's leading senior living community developer and manager. As part of this team, you'll be joining a group of dedicated professionals who aim to positively impact the lives of residents through exceptional care and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Join a team with a strong work ethic and a focus on hospitality and senior engagement.
• Aid in the admission process for new residents, including initial and second skin assessments, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Ensure all medications are sent to the pharmacy.
• Explain the expectations of the skilled nursing facility (SNF) stay to new residents and their families.
• Assist with unit coverage if no admissions occur, covering for the unit manager during vacations.

Requirements

• RN preferred.
• SNF experience a plus.
• Customer service-focused IV certification (if LPN).
• Flexible schedule, including on-call rotation with nurse management team.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with IV certification (LPN preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for hospitality and senior care.
