Admissions Director for Assisted Living

About the role

The Assisted Living community is seeking a Community Relations Director to lead occupancy and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have previous sales, admissions, marketing, or community relations experience in senior living or healthcare, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping seniors and their families.

Responsibilities

• Celebrate tours and provide an exceptional experience for prospective residents and families
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations
• Manage inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into move-ins
• Cook up the admissions and move-in process with internal departments
• Represent the community at networking events, health fairs, and local outreach opportunities
• Develop marketing initiatives to increase community awareness and occupancy
• Track lead activity and sales performance using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to achieve occupancy goals

Requirements

Previous sales, admissions, marketing, or community relations experience in senior living or healthcare is required. Must have outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, a passion for helping seniors and their families, self-motivation, strong organizational and follow-up skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
