Admissions Coordinator, Alpha - $75,000/year USD
About the role
This is an in-person role based at one of our campuses. You won't simply be a team member—you'll actively contribute to shaping the culture, establishing standards, and developing alongside the campus as it expands.

- Manage all facets of facilities operations, including preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, and repair management.
- Regularly analyze data to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment results.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Being limited to a single, repetitive administrative function or isolated department.
- Operating under rigid, top-down micromanagement that limits your initiative.
- Dealing with bureaucratic red tape that impedes meaningful progress.
- Concentrating solely on paperwork, removed from the students and families you serve.

- Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
- 1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
- Experience working with children/students
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-management
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
