What You Will Be Doing

  • Addressing prospective family inquiries within 24 hours through clear, professional, and mission-aligned communication
  • Designing and executing admissions events, campus tours, and student shadow experiences including logistics and follow-up coordination
  • Ensuring comprehensive and accurate applicant records across CRM systems and admissions platforms
  • Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's educational model, respond to questions, and document key insights
  • Partnering with campus and admissions teams to maintain a streamlined and effective admissions process

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Rendering final admissions decisions or shaping enrollment policy
  • Delivering instruction or managing curriculum development
  • Employing aggressive sales methods or scripted messaging
  • Working within an ambiguous or slow-paced environment

Basic Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience
  • At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated attention to data accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
  • Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, CA; Palo Alto, CA; or East Bay, CA
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
  • Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
  • Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
