Key Responsibilities
- Create a polished, high-conversion admissions journey that converts early interest into committed enrollment, ensuring families feel well-informed, valued, and enthusiastic about becoming part of Alpha.
Basic Requirements
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience
- At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
- At least 1 year of experience working in a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated attention to data accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Ability to work on-site in Palo Alto, CA or Piedmont (East Bay), CA
- Authorization to work in the United States
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
- Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
