What You Will Be Doing
- Addressing prospective family inquiries within 24 hours through clear, professional, and mission-aligned communication
- Designing and executing admissions events, campus tours, and student shadow experiences including logistics and follow-up coordination
- Ensuring comprehensive and accurate applicant records across CRM systems and admissions platforms
- Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's educational model, respond to questions, and document key insights
- Partnering with campus and admissions teams to maintain a streamlined and effective admissions process
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Rendering final admissions decisions or shaping enrollment policy
- Delivering instruction or managing curriculum development
- Employing aggressive sales methods or scripted messaging
- Working within an ambiguous or slow-paced environment
Basic Requirements
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience
- At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
- At least 1 year of experience working in a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated attention to data accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, CA; Palo Alto, CA; or East Bay, CA
- Authorization to work in the United States
