What You Will Be Doing

• Managing comprehensive daily campus operations to ensure the 2-Hour Learning schedule remains punctual and distraction-free.
• Handling initial technology support (equipment configuration, rapid troubleshooting) and coordinating escalations with IT teams.
• Cultivating confidence among students, families, and staff through precise communication and reliable execution.
• Executing and reviewing campus safety procedures; overseeing drills, incident documentation, and vendor relationships.
• Facilitating essential activities—events, staff integration, supply and facilities oversight—to maintain consistently high campus performance standards.

• Delivering academic instruction or developing curriculum; Guides provide student mentorship while you ensure operational excellence.
• Operating from a secluded back office with limited visibility; your contributions directly enhance student results and family satisfaction.
• Spending time on administrative tasks unrelated to accelerated learning; every responsibility connects to efficiency, safety, or standards.

About the Role

This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Palo Alto campus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (any field)
• 1+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or a comparable high-service setting
• Demonstrated ability to remain composed under pressure, exercise initiative, and balance competing priorities autonomously
• Proficiency with basic IT troubleshooting and Google Workspace administration
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication that strengthens community trust
• Likewise, legally authorized to work in the United States and available to work on-site in Palo Alto, CA
