Responsibilities
- Deliver the Touchstone Experience
- Be the First Impression
- Serve as the welcoming voice and face of our community, ensuring every resident and family feels valued, supported, and at ease from day one.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and discharge planners—becoming a trusted resource for seamless transitions into care.
- Guide with Compassion & Confidence
- Walk families through the admissions journey with empathy, clarity, and professionalism, helping them feel informed and reassured every step of the way.
- Evaluate referrals, ensure clinical alignment, and facilitate efficient, timely admissions while maintaining accuracy in all documentation and eligibility processes.
- Create a Seamless Arrival Experience
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver a smooth, personalized move-in experience that reflects our commitment to quality and care.
- Drive Impact
- Track leads, manage patient-served (census) data, and contribute to occupancy goals—all while keeping the resident experience at the heart of every decision.
Requirements
- Must have at least one year of previous sales/admissions/marketing experience in the skilled nursing industry.
- A natural ability to connect, influence, and build trust with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Confidence navigating EMRs and referral tracking tools.
- A results-driven mindset balanced with genuine compassion and service.
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHRs).
