Administrator-SUD Facility

About the role

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a SUD (Substance Use Disorder) facility, overseeing client care, staff management, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the quality of care provided to clients
• Oversee staff training and development
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Manage budget and financial reporting
• Collaborate with community partners to enhance services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in substance abuse treatment settings
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of addiction treatment principles and practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with case management software

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
