Administrator, Special Loans (Partial Release)
Essential Job Functions
- Reviews and processes requests for SCRA initial and continued eligibility
- Reviews and validates ARM data on servicing platform for accuracy to ensure loans adjust timely
- Completes daily, weekly, monthly ARM indexes, updates, validates and verifies on the servicing platform
- Reviews initial request for partial release, acts as a liaison between the customer and internal counsel for required documents until a final decision has been rendered
- Ensures the buydown agreement and/or the balloon note matches the setup on the servicing platform
- Performs loan level maintenance as needed on all special loan functions
- Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance

Education and/or Experience
Some College/Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year College or Technical School; or six (6) months to one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
6 months to 1 year performing similar work and acquiring the skills and knowledge to qualify for this position. Mortgage servicing experience or loan processing/post closing experience preferred.
Knowledge
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
