About the Opportunity:The Loan Administrator is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant loan records, supporting loan servicing operations, and maintaining data integrity. This role contributes to the organization’s mission by managing loan documentation, processing transactions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency, thereby supporting both regulatory compliance and client service. 3. Responsibilities:Ensure complete and accurate loan records comply with company and regulatory standardsProcess loan payoffs and issue documentation for borrower requestsGenerate and distribute notices such as billing statements and maturity noticesPrepare and verify loan documentation for accuracy and compliancePerform precise data entry and maintain loan details in SalesforceAddress loan-related inquiries and resolve customer issues professionallyConduct regular audits of loan files for compliance and accuracyReconcile payments and process financial transactions accuratelySupport financial reporting and compliance by updating relevant reportsCollaborate with underwriting, loan origination, and accounting teams to enhance efficiencyAssist with daily reconciliations and documentation in QuickBooks and Excel 4. Requirements:Minimum 5 years experience in loan servicing, loan documentation, or related financial rolesHigh level of precision in a structured, detail-focused environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and WordStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with general ledger balancing and banking transactionsExperience with Salesforce or loan servicing software preferredWillingness to adopt AI-assisted work practices; experience with AI tools preferred 5.
