Administrator, Marketing

Principal Responsibilities

• Aid in the preparation, coordination, collection, production, supervision, and follow-up of promotions and events
• Maintain mall website, Social Media communications, and collateral material
• Collaborate with tenants to obtain sales reports and input into reporting system
• Support the preparation of contracts and purchase orders
• Participate in SYF and Family at Simon programs as needed
• Support the Office Administrator as required
• Assist with the administration of sponsorship/event deals, including contracting, deal entry, proof of performance, payment collection, contract renewal, revenue forecasting, and reporting
• Contribute to the promotion and implementation of platform programs in a professional and timely manner, and measure their results

Minimum Qualifications

• A college degree is preferred
• One to three years of administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and bookkeeping software
• Effective verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Effective customer service skills for interactions with customers, tenants, and colleagues
• Flexible and capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Active involvement with promotion, event, and special occasion coordination is a plus
